Emergency measures

As a measure against large-scale disasters and risks, we are also engaged in activities to minimize disasters and accidents by developing a safety confirmation system and creating an earthquake countermeasure manual.

Car accident prevention activities

We have set up an in-house license system, conduct driving aptitude tests according to age, and raise awareness of safe driving by confirming the beautification of company-owned vehicles. We also provide education and enlightenment activities as necessary so that all employees can drive safely.

Health maintenance activities

In order to maintain and improve the health of all employees, the company bears the costs of human docks, lifestyle-related disease medical examinations, and regular medical examinations, aiming for a 100% consultation rate.
In addition, after the diagnosis, an industrial physician provides health advice.

As an opportunity to promote good health, we hold an annual walk record meeting.

Infectious disease prevention measures

As countermeasures against the new coronavirus, we recommend work-from-home and staggered work hours, installation of partitions, and disinfection of the building. In addition, to avoid mass infection of seasonal influenza, we recommend vaccinations, the cost of which is covered by the company.

Mental health care

We hold interviews with overseas and domestic transferees, bosses, and employees at the request of the employee, and work hard to provide mental care to employees.
