Action Plan based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation

As part of its core value Goodwill activities, MELTEX has been implementing various initiatives to improve the work-life balance of its employees and make the company a rewarding place to work. We recognize that the action plan based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, which we have just formulated, is closely related to these Goodwill activities, and we are proactively developing these activities.

Meltex Action Plan

In order to create an employment environment in which employees can exercise their abilities and work comfortably in harmony with their work and life, we have established the following action plan.

Gather information on the feasibility of introducing telework, including work from home.
We will consider telework with an emphasis on fairness and impartiality between departments and operations where telework can be introduced and other departments and operations.
