As part of its core value Goodwill activities, MELTEX has been implementing various initiatives to improve the work-life balance of its employees and make the company a rewarding place to work. We recognize that the Public Disclosure of Information on Women's Participation in the Workforce, which we have just formulated, is closely related to these Goodwill activities, and we are proactively developing these activities.

Meltex Action Plan

To establish an employment environment where women can thrive in management roles, we will formulate an action plan as follows.

1.Planning period

From April 1, 2022 ~ March 31, 2027 for a period of 5 years

2.Issue

Issue 1
Percentage of female workers in management positions: 0%

Issue 2
Percentage of female workers among all employees: 23.2%, of which 6.8% are in production and quality assurance departments.

3.Details

Target1
Appoint at least two female managers (section chief level or above).
*Two female managers, representing approximately 5.9% of the current 34 managers (as of April 1, 2026).

Implementation Period and Initiatives
・ Apr.  2022 ~  Conducted a survey on career advancement awareness targeting female employees
・ Dec. 2022 ~  Began developing training programs for career advancement for women (including men)
・ Dec. 2023 ~  Implemented training programs for career advancement for women (including men)

Hire a total of at least two women in the Production Department and Quality Assurance Department (full-time employees).
