Appearance of electroless nickel deposit
Comparison of electroless nickel deposit with/without post activator after palaldium catalyzing.Whereas smooth and homogeneous appearance is achieved by applying post activator, nodules are observed in case of no post activation.
Fine pattern formation
Melplate PA-7340 is effective to suppress outer-growth of electroless nickel plating, enabling to selective nickel deposition on fine patterned ITO on glass substrates.
