Melpolish FN-134 is a chemical polishig agent for outer package plating on Alloy 42.Melpolish FN-134 removes oxidized film on alloy 42 and provides smooth surface to achieve excellent appearance and good adhesion of solder plating.◆Features1. Melpolish FN-134 removes oxidized film on alloy 42 and provides chemically polished smooth surface.2. Long bath life is expected because of high metal dissolution capacity and stable polishing rate.3. Free from halogens and no damage to the inside of packages.4. The working solution contains no phosphorous compounds: no dephosphorization of waste water is required.5. Dissolution rate is ca. 2.5 μm/min under the standard condition.
