Chemical polishing agent for copper and copper alloys

Melpolish Copper 60 is a chemical polishing agent suitable for copper and copper alloys on reel-to-reel application. The working solution is continuously operatable with proper dosing. Since the solution contains no hydrogen oxide, fluoride, halogen, chelating agents, phosphorus nor nitrogen, waste treatment is simple.
