Melplate FPC-6182 prepares the inside of THs suitable for the conditioning steps and ensures uniform electroless copper plating.

Effect of surface preparation using Melplate FPC-6182
By applying Melplate FPC-6182, condition of polyimide surface of THs on FPCBs is adjusted suitable for catalyzing with palladium catalyst and reliable electroless copper plating is achieved.
