Apperance after treatment
The copper surface is oxidized and a fine needle-like structure is formed. High peel strength and good heat resistance can be obtained on the copper and resin surfaces. In the drilling process, it can also be used as a pre-treatment for laser drilling because its needle-like structure absorbs laser energy efficiently.
