Performance
Meldip AG-6801 have excellent performance of anti-tarnish against various environment condition such as high humidity, high temp., room atmosphere and dropping sulfur compound.
Humidity test : 85℃, 90%RH, 100hrs
Baking Test : annealing at 250℃, 3 times
Exposure Test : 120hrs
Anti-sulfer test : JIS H 8621

Solderability
If Ag plating deposit without anti-tarnish treatment is annealed at 150C for 1 hr, its solderability decrease and zero-cross time is longer. The Ag deposit treated by Meldip AG-6801 have excellent inhibitation performance, so zero-cross time maintaine below 2 sec.
In low concentration of Meldip AG-6801, anti-tarnish performance is not enough. It should be used in the optimum concentration range.
