Melpolish FN-134 是一种用于合金 42 外部封装电镀的化学抛光剂。
Melpolish FN-134 可去除合金 42 表面的氧化膜，提供光滑表面，实现优异外观及良好的焊锡附着性。
◆特点
1. 可去除合金 42 的氧化膜，提供化学抛光后的光滑表面
2. 具有高金属溶解能力和稳定的抛光速率，浴液寿命长
3. 不含卤素，对封装内部无损伤
4. 工作液中不含磷化合物，无需废水除磷处理
5. 在标准条件下溶解速率约为 2.5 μm/min
